PRIDE OF OUR DISTILLERY

Our Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Distillery Edition is matured in American bourbon and European Oloroso sherry oak casks, all hand-crafted in our on-site cooperage. These casks are then married with other casks of equal age for up to three months to create an exquisite single malt.

OUR INNOVATION

Our Distillery Edition is then non-chilled-filtered and 'cut' to 51% ABV with our own natural Robbie Dhu spring water. By bottling at a higher strength, Brian Kinsman, our expert Malt Master, can showcase and accentuate the unique floral flavours and intense, lingering spicy pepper aromas.
