AFTER 12 YEARS, OUR CRAFTSMEN CAREFULLY PAIR THE WHISKIES TOGETHER TO GET JUST THE RIGHT BALANCE OF FRUIT AND SPICE.

ABERLOUR WHISKY WAS BORN IN THE SPEYSIDE VILLAGE OF ABERLOUR MADE WITH LOCAL SPRING WATER FROM THE BEN RINNES AND BARLEY, NOW LOCALLY SOURCED FROM THE FIELDS NEAR OUR DISTILLERY.

LET THE CASKS ADD DEPTH

WE MATURE THIS SINGLE MALT IN TWO DIFFERENT CASKS: AMERICAN OAK AND SPANISH SHERRY. THEIR RICH FLAVOURS INFUSE OUR WHISKY OVER TIME.

LET THE TIME PASS

AFTER TWELVE YEARS, OUR CRAFTSMEN BRING THE SPIRITS IN BOTH CASKS TOGETHER. THIS IS AN ART, NOT A SCIENCE, TO GET JUST THE RIGHT BALANCE OF DEPTH AND FLAVOUR.

LET THE DEED SHOW

AS OUR FOUNDER, JAMES FLEMING, KNEW BACK IN 1879. THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS IN THE TASTING.

THE LOOK IS GOLDEN AMBER. WITH A LITTLE RUBY RED.

THE AROMA IS SOFT AND ROUNDED. WITH RED APPLES.

THE TASTE IS SHERRIED, WITH CHOCOLATE, TOFFEE, CINNAMON AND GINGER.

THE FINISH IS LINGERING, SWEET AND WARM WITH A LITTLE SPICE.

THE DEED IS IN THE TASTING.
