AFTER 14 YEARS, OUR CRAFTSMEN CAREFULLY PAIR THE WHISKIES TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE JUST THE RIGHT BALANCE OF SWEET BLACKBERRY AND SPICE.

ABERLOUR WHISKY WAS BORN IN THE SPEYSIDE VILLAGE OF ABERLOUR MADE WITH LOCAL SPRING WATER FROM THE BEN RINNES AND BARLEY, NOW LOCALLY SOURCED FROM THE FIELDS NEAR OUR DISTILLERY.

LET THE CASKS ADD DEPTH

WE MATURE THIS SINGLE MALT IN TWO DIFFERENT CASKS: AMERICAN OAK AND SPANISH SHERRY. THEIR RICH FLAVOURS INFUSE OUR WHISKY OVER TIME.

LET THE TIME PASS

AFTER FOURTEEN YEARS, OUR CRAFTSMEN BRING THE SPIRITS IN BOTH CASKS TOGETHER. THIS IS AN ART, NOT A SCIENCE, TO ACHIEVE JUST THE RIGHT BALANCE OF DEPTH AND FLAVOUR.

THE LOOK IS DEEP AMBER WITH HONEYED GOLD

THE AROMA IS WELL BALANCED WITH SWEET VANILLA AND RIPE CHERRY.

THE TASTE IS ROUND AND SMOOTH, WITH SOFT CARAMEL. BLACKBERRY JAM AND SUBTLE SPICE.

THE FINISH IS LONG, SWEET AND PERFECTLY BALANCED.

THE DEED IS IN THE TASTING.
